EA won't listen. They're too busy boosting their profit margin and showcasing their fancy graphic developments, compromising the original gameplay features. The only solution will be to mod this m'fucka altogether. The very same goes for Red Alert 3. That newly released game has got it's multiplayer functions thinned down even more.

And the worst thing of it all. Almost every single map in the skirmish mode is symmetrical to the bone! There's hardly any natural feel in playing on those uncreative battlefields, and it merely shortens the period of excitement for the game as the variation runs short very quickly.

Thanks Statix. Not sure how I missed the Music Player in RA2 and Yuri.

We can only hope that EA put some options in Multi player or Skirmish games.

i agree with everything you've said here dude. my major beef with the game is superweapons and the lack of other options in general. some ppl may like havin to panic and rash when somebody builds a superweapon, not all though and thats what EA has missed. like i said, i agree with everything stated and EA missing these things stops it feeling like a true C&C. gr8 website, brill rundown of the problems and well presented.

You have control over the music in RA2 and RA2:YR. The thing I want to see most is the ability to turn of Superweapons. A skirmish game is great, untill the computer builds a Superweapon and you have to rush to destroy it, before it destroys you...

Great work, hopefully it will be used.
